Tuesday Rants

I've been waking up with some major calf cramps, lately. My toes have also been cramping a lot. I take my vitamins. I eat my fruits and veggies.

Anyone know why this is happening???

I have been running a couple of miles twice a week. Nothing strenuous, though. And my toes were cramping before that.

Man I'd like to find a way to stop those...
