Diet Update

The diet has stalled the last few weeks. I’m still at 15 pounds down. I’ve just been so swamped with everything that I’m only able to maintain it right now. I realize that and I’m not beating myself up over it. Too much…grin…

The running is going great. I upped my mph a few tenths and added another 5 minutes to the run. The weather has started getting a bit cooler here in Georgia, so I’m looking forward to the idea of being able to run outside soon without overheating. Not sure how that will go since I won’t be able to monitor everything on the treadmill. But I am looking forward to a change of scenery.
